 FITZROY HULBERT FREDERICK LAWRENCE (89), better known as 'Lawrence' of Kingstown Park, died on Friday July 13, 2018. The funeral takes place on Friday 27th July at the Kingstown Church of Christ building. Viewing and tributes begins at 2:00 pm. and the service at 3:00 pm. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery. Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife, children, relatives, colleagues and friends.

My deepest condolences to sister Lawrence and family. I first met bro. Lawrence in September 1977 when I joined the staff at the Housing & Land Development Corporation. He was a quiet, pleasant and gentle person. He was very helpful and kind to me and other members of staff. Over the years when our children attended the Peter”s Ville Primary School, he sometimes assisted me by picking them up from school and brought them to the office on those occasions when I was very busy. He often brought presents of ground provisions and peas for staff members. He got along well with everyone. Thank God, he saw the need and obeyed the Gospel and was faithful in his attendance until it became physically difficult for him to attend. May his family find comfort in the fact that he loved the Lord. Gone but not forgotten. Leave a Reply. |
